1. Eligibility
Enterprise subscriptions may include cooling-off language in the executed order. Where Korean consumer law applies to small businesses or individuals, statutory withdrawal rights are honored as required.
2. Scope
This policy covers recurring software access fees listed on the pricing page. Professional services, custom workshops, and third-party pass-through costs follow the statements of work that govern them.
3. Process
Email [email protected] with your account identifier, reason for cancellation, and preferred refund path. We confirm receipt and outline any proration calculations.
4. Timeframe
Approved refunds for card payments typically post within ten to fourteen business days depending on banking partners. Bank transfers may take longer domestically.

6. Exceptions
Months where learners completed more than seventy percent of assigned paths may be ineligible for full credit because delivery costs are incurred. Partial credits may still apply.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve issues quickly. Unresolved chargebacks may suspend access while investigated.
8. Taxes and fees
Displayed prices may exclude VAT or local levies where law requires them as pass-through items. Refunds mirror the taxed amount originally collected.
9. Downgrades
Mid-term tier downgrades credit future invoices rather than cash refunds unless contractually specified otherwise.
10. Service credits
Where cash refunds are impractical, we may offer service credits applicable to renewal invoices with your written acceptance.
11. Regulatory context
Korean e-commerce disclosure rules may require additional notices for certain buyers. We append those notices to your order confirmation when applicable.
