1. Intellectual property

Training narratives, interface copy, diagrams, and downloadable recap sheets are owned by ViceLasp Shieldworks or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials inside your organization for internal security awareness purposes.

You may not resell modules, scrape content into competing products, or remove attribution blocks. Open-source components shipped alongside our materials keep their original licenses where applicable.

ViceLasp Shieldworks operates from the Republic of Korea. Consumer-facing rules under the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Network Act), and related guidelines inform how we describe your rights. 2. User obligations

You agree to provide accurate enrollment details, keep credentials confidential, and use simulations only with participants who have been notified according to your internal policies.

You will not attempt to disrupt services, probe unrelated systems using our materials, or misrepresent affiliation with ViceLasp Shieldworks.

3. Liability

Services are provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by Korean law. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost revenue, reputational harm, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other categories that cannot be limited under applicable law.

4. Acceptance

By accessing the site, requesting demos, or downloading gated resources, you confirm that you have authority to bind your organization where applicable.

If you disagree with any portion of these terms, discontinue use and contact us to close any pending evaluations.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate evaluations with written notice. Subscription termination follows the schedule in your order form or the Refund & Cancellation page.

Upon termination, access tokens may be revoked; you should export completion records beforehand where the product allows.

7. Service description

ViceLasp Shieldworks provides cybersecurity awareness training modules, optional phishing simulations, and related enablement content. Features described on this site are informational until confirmed in a signed statement of work or order.

We may update exercises to reflect evolving threats. Updates aim to remain backward compatible with your assigned learning paths.

8. Support response targets

Commercial clients receive response targets as defined in their contract. Visitors trialing materials should expect best-effort replies within a few business days.

9. Preview features

Occasionally we label modules or flows as preview. Preview features may change or retire without notice and are not covered by the same uptime commitments as generally available content.

10. Communications

We may send operational notices to addresses you provide. Marketing messages, when sent, include unsubscribe mechanisms compliant with Korean anti-spam rules.

11. Miscellaneous

If any clause is held invalid, the remainder stays enforceable. Headings are for convenience only. Waivers must be written. Assignment is restricted except in connection with a merger or asset sale with notice to you.
